Oh yes, of course! I don't intend to ever, and I mean ever, delete anyone unless there is a really good reason. In your case, the only good reasons are for keeping you- no negatives!
Oh, I love that piccie, but have yet to watch that episode. lol, yes I'm a duffus. Gotta love T's bandana and glasses, but I think Daniel would probably have looked like that in 1969, if he'd been similar looking when he was little or possibly not even born....
*gasps* You haven't seen one of the best episodes of all time? I mean, it's right up there with Moebius! Ah well, download, download, download.
Those were the clothes they wore in the ep, but as you might have figured it's a promo shot that never actually appeared in the ep. Thinking of the ep, go watch it!
*wipes brow in relief* The 2nd season was the 3rd season we bought, just because of 1969. (Our non-geeky dad bought 6th, then we got 4th for Window of Opportunity, it goes on.) But I guess you can be excused because of your many fandoms-- you were to busy watching Firefly!
No. Homo sapience cease to be human when they make dirty moral choices, incompatible with the very definition of the human. So called Ancient gene probably encodes the different haplotype of human enzyme which is, say, responsible for production of slightly altered neurotransmitter. What it basically does, it alters encephalogram, or myogram... no, it is the wrong way to put it... it somewhat alters electromagnetic field around the human body (be it brain-waves, electromagnetic impulses which operate the muscles, etc.). Presence or absence of the 'Gene' does not alter the personality.
In other words (as I overheard in human conversation) 'If he wouldn't be autistic, he would be SOB anyway'.
Amused at the reasoning behind homo sapience. Amused at the change in our elctromagnetic field! Love the explanation.
I have to question that we cease to be human when they make dirty moral choices. Making mistakes is part of being human, as is freedom of choice. The term 'inhuman' is more likely to be heard after feats of strength than dirty politicians allowing torture in first world countries. Or spending billions in military pursuits instead of providing relief to starving countries.
Sorry for taking so long to respond, my internet was on the fritz and I didn't check all parts of my lj. Snagged the pic, as always!
