I think you need a Paid account. Because when I got my account, I was poking around the preferences, and one of them says "Comments text," which I would think would be what you're talking about. But it was grayed out so I couldn't select it, and when I clicked on the question mark, it told me that certain things were only available to Paid accounts. Which doesn't make sense, because some of my friends without Paid accounts were able to do it, but maybe it recently changed.
