Whenever I work on something I have this vision in my head of what I want it to look like.  Except that vision isn't always very clear.  It seems like the farther along I get, the fuzzier the idea gets.  Then when it's done it doesn't look like what I had visioned, except that I still can't figure out what that is.  Does that make sense?  I think ( Read more... )

I think enough time has passed to say that Finn and I are very happy in our "new" home.  No place will ever be home like our trainer's old barn was, but it's good enough.  So, since I can safely say we'll be here a while and I discovered this place has trails, I thought I'd post pics.

Oh Mr. Dog.

In the 5 years we've had him, Jet has had a good deal of skin problems.  He stays on benadryl daily for 4 months out of the year for grass allergies.  When we got him, the shelter told us that after he came in all his hair fell out due to some kind of allergic reaction.  The underside of his neck used to break out from his old leather ( Read more... )

It's snowing! It's snowing! It's SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The whole neighborhood is out in the street.  Everywhere you can hear people's ecstatic cries of "It's SNOWING!"

My husband threw his first snowball.  I received my husband's first snowball.  Jet ate a snowball.  Papu frolicked.

Holy crap what a magical night!  :D
