Tool Box Blues

I was headed up to Mount Umunum the other day with a friend of mine. The top of the mountain is owned by a friend of his who leases space for radio transmitters of various sorts. First of all, it should be covered by your home-owner's (renter's) insurance.

Nice, but not cheap. Those go on ebay for about $600, and I think they're also sold at costco. If I had a proper shop, I'd get one. I'm looking for something I can carry around.

AUGH, sucks to lose something like that. I'm sorry. Customizing a new one sounds good, but it will hurt all the more when *that* one falls out the back of a truck.
Do the smelly tool boxes smell like vomit?

I have to agree with meredith- after seeing that antenna trailer you fabbed up, I have to imagine that your "toolbox" would end up with a V-8 engine, 4 wheel drive, and have more drawers and doors than a well equipped fire-rescue truck.

Atleast it would be portable.

...and I'd just like to add that the goddamned antenna trailer came in right on the weight budget, which was 1500Lbs, tower included. I'll be getting no end of grief about how I over-engineered that thing, but it's still relatively light, tows like a dream, and could survive bomb blast.
