2. I was somewhat surprised at how many people are sleeping with those pressurized masks. I'm on a car/geek/whatever list, and the subject came up, many of them are sleeping with said masks. So your issue is not uncommon.
3. Low/left is combo flinch/Glock Trigger unfamiliarity. Read this and practice. The issue will go away with dilligent practice. :)
4. Practice punching the gun forward from the draw and lining it up with your left eye. Make sure you're getting the gun to your sight line and not bringing your sight line to the gun, at least as much as possible. You'll find that a little head tilt is unavoidable though. Whenever I shoot right handed I have some of that same issue.

Sleep apnea is very common. I've read that it occurs in 10% of all men. My initial diagnosis is obstructive sleep apnea, which is inhibited airflow that doesn't result in hypoxic episodes. The treatement is the same, but I'm not sure how more or less common it is.

And I have it on good authority that the CIA is a highly overrated organization. Besides, your head seemed perfectly normal to me. I blame my sleep problems on excessive alcohol consumption and spicy foods, and I refuse to eliminate either one from my diet.
