Because It's A Person You Think Very Highly Of, And That Person Has Totally Fallen For You. And You Wish That You Could Return The Feelings, Because They Really Are A great Person, But It's Just Not There...

Okay, I guess I understand what they're asking. But, nope, that's just not me. I don't have any need or desire to "return" feelings, nor do I expect that of people who I may have feelings for.
