Done got myself a Ravelry account (thanks to copracat for the link!), mostly so I can lurk the forums for tips and discussions.

Still familiarizing myself, but anyone else have an account? I'm heathershaped.

This was just the push I needed to finally sign up with Ravelry. I am paraesthesia there and I have friended you. :D

Maybe I will actually knit something now - like the baby cardigan I started when my SiL was pregnant... although, since the baby is two next month, maybe not.

Haha good luck! Friended you back. The idea of knitting a sweater makes me clammy at the moment, SLEEVES HOW DO THEY WORK, so I will start with a simple scarf with some pretty yarn and then I will hopefully feel confident enough to advance to trickier things. *g*

Scarves are always good - useful and not too scary. Most of the things I've actually finished have been scarves. I'm thinking about trying a shawl next 'cos they are a bit like advanced scarves. Probably.
