what the hell is that smell??

so i was cleaning out my car today...and apparently i uncovered a demon! it smells so NASTY! its not even funny...why didn't i smell it before...ohh the 100 pounds of cloths over it must have hidden the smell...so i febreezed the entire car...still there...like garbage or something...so i took out the floor mats and saw "mystery stain" to go along
