What are you looking for design wise for the tattoo?
Sometime wider for the lower back, or more round so it can go on a shoulder or something?

She wants it to be really small. I'm thinking a round flower with a little vine and leaf.
That's a really cool design though.

If that's all she wants... just take it into the tatt shop you are gonna take her too... and have them draw something real quick.
Have them sign it, "See Ya Soon!" or something!
