Especially cool that this is HIS idea. I'm just glad this door is being opened for you, for consideration. You don't have to make any quick decisions, but it's nice to know it's once again an option. Well done Andy!

Well, I've always been kind of iffy about kids, and once I got with Andy and basically knew that wasn't an option, I got in the mindset of not wanting kids. Now it looks like I may be reconsidering!

I would spend a lot of time and energy thinking about the commitment of having a baby would mean. If you don't absolutely want it, don't do it. You will have beautiful stepchildren, and you always seemed to be ok with the idea of not having children of your own. Not having the option was hard, I remember, but that seemed to be mostly about not having the choice, not the crushing blow of realizing that you will never have a child of your own.

Also, 7-10k is a lot of money, coupled with how much a child costs.

All important parts to consider, but only you can really know. Good luck!

It's definitely a lot to consider..and I'm a thinker so EVERY little thing is making me question things. For example, we'd have to trade in my car towards a SUV, because neither one of our vehicles can seat 6 people!
