Why I feel sexy AF

I went to the doctor solely because I need the 300$ wellness bonus our work gives us for doing so. Carey was working an evening shift, so I had to take V with me. Ugh... this sounds exhausting. I'm so sorry.

Seborrheic Dermatitis is extremely common- cradle cap is a form of it. I have it and generally see it flare up during seasonal changes or times of greater stress. I didn't see a significant difference in healing time when I used an anti-fungal shampoo, but results may vary. I also only used the shampoo when I was having an outbreak, and it's possible I was supposed to be using it every day...

I too have had doctor visits recently where I was less than pleased with the bedside manner. I'm sorry this one made you feel crappy. I hope that you're able to either build a rapport or find another pcp that works for you. I'm on the search for a new one after the Nurse Practitioner I was seeing and REALLY liked retired. I didn't like my interactions with the new doctor, so I'm going back to find another NP. I personally prefer the approach that Nurse Practitioners take to healthcare, but they're as rare as unicorns still, sadly.

Oddly, I'm a whole bunch older than you are, and when I asked about vitamin d and calcium (my mom has sever osteoporosis) they said it's too early to take it and the recommendations are changing. I'm wondering what's the truth. What dosage did they prescribe you?
