So in the last week I have had three migraines. I don't know why but there is only two word to describe. OWWWWWWWWWWWWW, and inconvenient. The last one from yesterday is better but lingering...I'm wearing sunglases inside the school to help with the light sensistivity...it was triggered by my flu shot. Bummer, and a whine on that by who body ached

Kestrelle and her mate told me to try magnesium. I havent had a migraine since i started taking it, about a month ago.
