*Sniff, sniff* I'm the only one tweetless.

I've gotten close to 2000 for April. I wish to enter an objection to loosing words in revision (cause I always do a short edit of the last stuff written just to be sure I'm making since). Dude, there went 500 words on the cutting room floor, now my word count is down :(

Are we counting that against ourselves or just going with original totals?

Although I am doing phenomenally well in my word count (@blueeyedadri here!) ::cough:: 4,200 I blacked out Monday morning, hello! Way too deep in my WIP or what?! I have been recovering the last two days, all the while thinking (every minute?) of the writing I will do tonight! Feeling much better!

Okay, personal illness and/or injury counts as an excuse. But I still say that my love of Ryan Seacrest is a VALID REASON to shortfall. ;)

@secondglantz here. I was going to pretend that I didn't read this roll call so that I wouldn't have to own up to the embarrassment that is my lack of progress, but I decided to woman up. I started out strong on day one, faltered a little on day two, and haven't picked up my pen since because I got sick. So I have a measly 1,486 words (*hanging my head in shame*), BUT it's 1,486 words more than I had before, so it's not a total FAIL, right? And I'm finally feeling better, so I anticipate many more words in my future.

I hope everyone else is doing great. Thanks for the list of participants, Heather.
