I am rather rabid in my love and adoration for Parks, so it's not surprising that I'm completely captivated by Fancy Party. Yes! Donna knows what his drink is and what his car is. I WANT DONNA TO GIVE BEN ADVICE ON HOW TO MAKE A MOVE ON LESLIE. I also love each character's reaction, especially how Leslie is really not fazed by Ron's antics, she just expects him to pull crazy shit like that.

Of all the cities, he wants hers.

I TOO LOVE THE ANN/DONNA AND BEN/TOM FRIENDSHIPS WE'VE GOT GOING HERE. I just love that this show is so much about the ensemble, and everyone's interactions with eachother is what makes it so solid.

Would it be weird to say that I feel like Tom's life-goal to be a Best Man could easily be fulfilled if he was Ben's best man down the line? Ohohoho~

You wrote the words my soul longed to articulate, but my brain couldn't process!!!

Parks & Rec is written, acted, directed, etc so beautifully!!! This season def has awards coming to it if they keep it up!!!

I don't see how it can't win... I guess maybe the office with Steve Carel leaving and the beautiful storyline with Holly might get more recognition, but I really hope this show starts getting the kind of love you and the rest of us enraptured fans see with every new ep that comes on!!!

Gah, I can't wait for 'Soulmates' Can it be Thursday yet?!?!?!

I theorize that Ben said yes to Harris (Wittels, writer of the great line from The Master Plan - I just talked to everybody in here and nobody wants you here) to avoid competition for Leslie.

UGH THIS IS A FLAWLESS, PERFECT, INCREDIBLY WELL THOUGHT-OUT POST THAT I WANT TO MARRY. The parallels and connections in this show are the best, and I didn't even catch the Orin one, but it's fantastic. Love Orin, tbh. I LOVE THE DOOR PARALLEL TOO. April and Andy are my Parks OTP, if I have to pick, but Ben and Leslie are proving to be some stiff competition.
