So, for some odd reason, I've been eating more often... I don't know if the quantities are larger, but I've just been eating more. =\ My weight, at least, is stable - fluctuating between 115 and 118. I've been performing isometrics, simple kicks, and a some weightlifting to go with my crunches. The sit ups don't seem to be helping much though, or ( Read more... )

This site has some nice tricep exercises: http://www.shapefit.com/triceps-exercises-bench-dips.html. Personally, i like the dips, extensions, and close-in pushups. Also, working in some cardio would help a lot. Walking, jogging, jump rope...anything like that would be good. I'm bad about not doing cardio because I hate it. :)

Ug. I am in a wedding in July and the dress is strapless and backless. I've lost the baby weight but...I'm still kinda smooshy.

lol. It isn't my wedding--I'm an old married lady, going on 6 years. This is my sister in law's wedding and I'll be a bridesmaid. I will def. post pictures!
