Fluctuating...

Soo, as someone's working out and whatever or losing weight, their weight fluctuates right??????? o_o My weight went from 115, to 116.5, to 118, and now to 119.5... T_T Is that supposed to happen? Um... Workout schedule is at least 6 times a week. 10 basic kicks per leg, 130 sit ups, 20 triangular push up thingies (thanks to

When are you weighing yourself? Is it the same time every day? The best thing for weighing yourself is to do it at the same time under the same circumstances because the amount of food and water you have can make a big difference.

Oh my, after you posted this entry, I remember trying that test too. It was a bit confusing, seeing as they had this chart of the "normal" percentage for different types of people. From what I know, when one is trying to lose weight, you should consider the waist line rather than what is stated in a weighing scale. This is because two people may both way 130 pounds, when person A is 130 pounds of fat and person B is 130 pounds muscle.
