Okay, since I almost forgot last Monday was his allowance day, I think we better have these rules posted up here and on the fridge.
1. Allowance goes into his bank account by noon on the first of the month
2. Make sure your Ryou stays on his feeding schedule with simple check up calls every 2-4 days
3. Give your Shishido Ryou a challenging goal to make his life seem fulfilling and to help occupy his time. (Remember, a happily occupied Ryou is one that's too busy to bug you)
4. He is his sire's childe. Make sure he hasn't accidentally started a clan war by some obscure and weird way
5. Try to have at least one bonding moment a month to make your Shishido Ryou feel loved and appreciated. (Take this opportunity to teach him more about clan rules and vampire ettiquete)
6. Shishido Ryous love history. Use and abuse this fact.
7. Your Shishido Ryou needs encouragment when he's done something right or pleased you. Small gifts and trinkets will go a long way in showing you're aware and care
8. Remember, while Shishido has access to the car pool his sire left behind, he's only allowed access to one vehicle at a time. Make sure he hands in the keys of one vehicle before acquiring a new one.
9. Your Shishido Ryou now lives on his own for the first time since being turned. Regular visits and the hiring of a maid would be prudent in this situation.
10. And finally, Your Shishido Ryou has just lost his sire and had his sheltered life turned upside down. A little patience and understand can go a long way. (So try not to kill him for every stupid thing he will get up to. I refer you back to rule 4)
