haha nice one. my friends mum used to have the same job, she always had great stories about calls she got - my fave was someone complaining their coffee cup holder on their pc wouldn't go back in...coffee cup holder was the cd-rom haha.

Hahaha! Awesome.

Mum does back-up and recovery, so most of the calls she gets are akin to people whining because their precious server went down. Sometimes actually whining.

I can totally see her acting like Roy from The IT Crowd every time she gets a call.
