[OOC: I'm so sorry, bb! The last week has been so hectic, I'm finally getting back to most of my tags and such. A week after he gets back sounds perfect. He had a few dates to get to XDDDD]

Tyki did peek in at the temple and inquire about Kasumi's location before heading for the park. When he saw her, he quickened his step, and stopped before her, sketching a bow and extending a hand towards her to take her hand and kiss it. "My dear, it is lovely to see you looking so healthy and happy."

[Oh! It's not a problem, thanks for replying when you've been so busy c:. Tyki is popular, as always. A week from return it is, then!]

Kasumi saw him from the corner of her eye -- his style of clothing stood apart from the more modern cut of Issei's day -- and paused in the middle of a row. There was the urge to drop her project and run to him, fling her arms around his neck and perhaps be spun, as they did in films. In that moment she could hug him, rest her head against his chest and hear his heartbeat so that she could be certain, absolutely certain, he was real. A giddy thought, brought forth by the sight of someone she had not seen for so long ( ... )

He would have done it, too. He'd seen films, after all, and if she ran to him and threw her arms around his neck, of course he'd have hugged her and spun her around and continued the dance of wooing her when they both knew that nothing real could ever come of it. That was the joy of it, and the game amused him, as it delighted her.

He grinned at her laugh and sat down beside her. "You can't know how I've missed you, my dear. Unlike most who leave the community, I still remembered everything. It was such a chore being cut off from so many of my friends!"

Kasumi returned her knitting to her bag and shifted over slightly to give him room. "It is like being trapped, isn't it?" she said, leaning over to look him in the eye, take in his smile. "I had much the same feeling, though I can say I did not adjust so well as you had.

"The community would never have been quite the same without you there." Said with sincerity and a smile. Tyki-kun was a special sort of person, who was happy to make other people happy. Perhaps this was not all of him --there were still many things she did not know-- but it was this side she knew best. He never asked of her more than she could give, showed her new places and new things with only the expectation of her company in return. Truly, she was grateful to him. If anyone could be called her 'dearest friend', he would hold that title.

"Welcome back."
