Ah... It's difficult to explain. this is, however, a different world- separate from Konoha and geography as we're aware of it. It's hard to believe at first, perhaps, but it's nonetheless true.

As for everything else you'll find strange initially, this world is called Adstringendum, and you'll find a great many here from different worlds and it even acts as a compression of time where people arrive from different time periods. Lee, for example, is here, but he's as a Genin.

The work of Scientists that are trapped here as well, but they reside separately with a fortified defense they lock themselves up in and isolate themselves in.

It was destroyed during the attack by Pain. Is my telling people this going to alter things? Almost everything turned out fine. I don't think we can get a better outcome. I would have to ask Shikimaru.
