Konzen left Ran to sleep in one of the temple rooms. The monks would look after her, no doubt, even if she did spend a lot of time making them suffer. They were always volunteering to practice with her, despite the bruises. Konzen stops abruptly, glares, and then does his best to step around Tenpou so that he can keep walking. No, really, he's not in the mood for this today.

Konzen can keep walking, but Tenpou will just follow him. He should really know that by now.

Konzen will ignore him for a while, but he knows that Tenpou won't give up on it unless there's something else that demands his attention. And maybe not even then. It's just a matter of time before Konzen's patience snaps.
