Just a quick question- any of you guys on here have Sony Vaio laptops, or ever used one? Also, can anyone tell me how the Sony tech support is? Is it good or bad, and are they thorough and helpful when you call with a problem? Any comments/help is appreciated!!

I have a vaio laptop, but I've never had to contact the tech people, so I can't tell you how that stuff is.

I've had mine about 2 1/2 years and I do love it muchly! I have taken it in for repair, but not to sony. Somehow the thingy where the power cord goes in broke, though I'll never admit fault. :)

Viao laptop as well. I loff it dearly and it's my baby. But, like Pam, I've not had to call tech support.

Vaio user too - I got it in August and haven't had to call tech support.
