i'm glad you posted this because it is indeed important... i probably could have avoided both incidences of hospitalization, and been a better ally to my friends who were in crisis, had i followed all of the suggestions listed here.

but on another note: the fact that you put it up makes me worry about what is going on in your life. it seems like things are tough? and i hope they get better.
