She can't help it. She loves the rain. She doesn't care if it still might be dangerous outside the barracks or that she might run into Tony again or something horrible might happen. It's rain. She can go as she pleases.
So she walks. She doesn't even care that she's sopping wet now.
Her walking brings her near the lake, and she sees a looming figure up ahead. Which turns out to be Ironhide.
The giant robots don't frighten her anymore.
So she makes her way over silently and just kind of stands nearby.]
[Even if someone were to attack her out here, there's an Autobot well within shouting range. Granted, he's sort of lost in his own thoughts, but he's there.]
[He hears the woman approach, but, for the moment, doesn't say anything. The sound of the rain is almost deafening, coming off his armor.]
[Finally, he looks down at her, for a moment.]
It is foolish to miss the ship.
[There's an unspoken question there. He mostly wants... confirmation. Someone to say, 'no Ironhide, it's not'.]
[... But the person he always turned to isn't here.]

Which is mostly what she knows him for. Yelling a lot.
But Mimmi turns her head so she can see him better. Don't worry, she'll answer that question for you.]
I miss it, too.

[He looks down at her. Part of him is relieved to hear that answer. While another part is ashamed he'd been so eager to hear it.]
... At least we knew what to expect, there.
Reply
[Which does, in a way, make it harder to expect certain things to happen.]
We have all been through much there. It is my home.
[Her original home no longer exists to her. She never wants to go back.]
Reply
[Which may be a good thing. If there's no captain, there's bound to be less insanity, right?]
Was not as if we had anywhere else to go.

Who is to say our new keeper is not like the captain?
Reply
[Because their new captor hasn't said a word. Just written.]
Who is to say he is even really here?

I suppose that is something we will have to figure out in due time.

[He's sick of doing nothing. Of standing around, waiting for some sign they can get back to the others.]

[There's an uncharacteristic amount of bitterness in her voice.]
Things of that nature worked so well back on the ship.
[Memories of the mutiny float around her head.]
Reply
[He sort of smirks. Yes, he remembers the mutiny. How could he forget?]
[But there's a fundamental difference here.]
We are not on the ship.

[But she'd join in the 'fun' anyway.]

... I will speak to the others. See what can be done.
