That actually might be the case, however, it's still obvious in some ways that the buttons weren't made very well for intense gaming, and Super Smash is an intense button mashing game since the first game. I think this game just wasn't made for the handheld console...
I've been playing the demo and I have not had any problems. More then likely, those people are playing a tad on the rough side. Then again, I can't afford the game when it comes out. I'll be lucky if I can afford the new Pokemon games...:\
My friend told me the joystick works better when you're gentle with it and that those people are dumb? It's probably just people that rage and button mash. ^_^ I'm sure it would be fine to play if you handle your items like they mean something!
Might be the case, but I am still rather used to playing such a game on a home console, so I say it's just a personal preference :) I am gentle with my console as well, and so far I have had no problems with playing the demo!
