OMG! This is awesome! Thank you so much! I love what you did with the prompt! I love Simon offering to be a gentleman and sleeping on the floor! I love River walking around like she knows something! Love that Simon is the one to approach Mal about what's going on and how he doesn't back down about it all. Thank you so much for this! *hugs*

Awesome! I'm glad you love it and that it didn't turn out badly! (Though part of that reason is due to rocketgirl2!) But I had a lot of fun writing it, and Mal/Simon is basically my Firefly OTP.

Oh I liked this! I thought you nailed Mal's voice rather well, especially when you were writing his four reasons. I could almost hear the character speaking as I read this fic. *grin*
