I was spoiled out the wazoo for this ep, and you know what? It totally did not matter. WELCOME BACK, SHOW.
DEE. Oh, Dee. I know there are people I love that do not like her and hated Lee/Dee. But. They were so HAPPY. You can't watch that and not see how happy they both were...Lee actually looked like he was starting to come around and be OLD LEE again, and not the whiney stick up his ass douche he'd been for the last however many eps! I get why she did it then...I really do. I just don't like it. And oh my god, Seelix and Gaeta. Waaah. ._.
I'm...torn, on the Adama/Tigh scenes. It was over the top, but I kinda think it had to be. Dad has finally reached his breaking point, he needed to do that before he could go on and do what needs to be done. And I LOVED Tigh being the calm one, the voice of reason. Oh Tigh. I never never never thought I would love you this much.
Mom and Dad ANGST. NOOOOOO.
I really loved the Leoben/Kara stuff. Well played, CKR. I STILL have no ideas as to what Kara is, and Leoben being so terrified of her just makes me want to know RIGHT NOW. But, that is the one thing I really want to stay unspoiled for.
I wasn't overly shocked at the 13th colony being all cylon. They kinda gave that away ages ago. I did like it though! And I loved the bits with the 4 remembering their past. Sam playing guitar is PRICELESS, rofl.
I was spoiled on Ellen being the 5th, and wasn't sure about it. I'm still not 100% sold, but I loved the reveal. I'm very very curious as to how this is going to play out.
Baltar the scientist! HEE. Oh how I missed that.
HAPPY ADORABLE AGATHONS, OH MY GOD. That was possibly the cutest scene EVER.
