Friday/Saturday night (depending if Chris is home) is the night we always 'splurge'...usually by going out to eat or getting takeout. BUT. The weather is disgusting and I don't want to be out after dark picking anything up, so i'm going to cook instead. I chose the first one because not only does it sound really yummy, it also sounds warm. Taco salad is too cold for me on icky days like this!
