( what's okay to mention around him/her ) Nothing in particular that jumps out, honestly. UHH, if you do mention TYL, he'll get a headache and start to stare at you confusedly. You might force something out of him in the end, but he'll be rather bewildered during it.
( is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? special physical features, special abilities, etc ) He's an animagus - he can change into a large bull at will, and often does it if he's running late for class, haha. Also always tanned??? He's also a little on the stronger side physically, but not absurdly so.
( can i hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden? ) 9 out of 10 times, if it's striked, that means you can't read it. If you figure your character has something rather important to say to it, or you think they'd hack it anyway, you can respond to it. I'll let you know if that was bad or not. ON THE OTHER HAND, Toño here isn't the best with his security, so you're free to poke your head in if your character's decent at hacking - unless it's very specifically filtered.
( can i troll/mindscrew/mess with in general? ) Sure! Note that he's kind of as dense as a brick wall though, so 90% of your insults are going to go flying over his poor derpy head. :')
( can i spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting) ) Also fine! He's not going to back down though, and will most likely put up one hell of a fight back if it gets serious.
( can i flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character? ) YES, GO RIGHT AHEAD. He's crazily affectionate, so if he likes you any, he'll probably be all over you with hugs and love anyway.
( anything else? ) This man is the derpiest thing ever. To quote confictionery - so many points fly over his head he must get them confused with constellations.
