I like this story and update in particular. It is a pretty cool twist you came up with. Is Callie just too dim to see Erica or is Erica just to intimidated to show herself to Callie, I can't decide. But I am really enjoying the trail you are taking us down.

Thanks. And, um, I'm not sure this is heading in the direction you think it's heading, but thanks for going down the trail with me. :))

I'm thoroughly enjoying this story. Absolutely loving all the tension! My heart desperately wants Callie to be insanely jealous of Addica and to wake up and smell the roses, but my head thinks differently. I'm curious to see how Callie handles the new situation now that Erica has another admirer. I think Addie and Erica would make an awesome couple, although, ultimately, I want Callica in the end. Wonderful piece of writing!

Tension, heh. It just occurred to me that I created a triangle of sorts. How typical of Grey's. I'm not sure Callie's going to handle it all that well. I don't think Erica's going to handle it all that well either. That's all I'm saying. Oh and don't get your hope too high for that happy Callica ending.

Thanks for reading and I'm happy you're still liking it.

I have to say, you got me fully on board with an Addica story with this line "The truth of the matter is, I didn't come down here to see you guys. Mark was out of condoms, I was on my way to the store to get more.". It stung to read, but maybe because it was so damn believable. Callie would say that, wouldn't she? Argh. In this case, Callie's not worth it. Addison on the other hand... totally worth it. You're doing a great job with her lovable quirkiness. Really looking forward to more.

Yeah, I didn't want to make Callie too sympathetic of a character. I'm still kind of mad at her however hard I try not to be. Anyway, there's more sex and tears to be had. Stay tuned. How's that for a tease? :)) Thanks for the kind words.

So of course I loved this, even though it gave me all kinds of unhappy feelings. Or maybe I loved it *because* it gave me all kinds of unhappy feelings. Even though I don't want callie with erica I still don't like seeing her hurt our girl ( ... )

Hm. Middle of the afternoon. LJ. Either the e-mail is sucking major ass still or you're skipping out on work. Or did you get the dreaded crackberry ( ... )

First of all, did I love that or what? "Despite the twisted undertow of the moment..." Such perfect use.

Callie's behavior is reprehensible in this story. Piss on her, I say! I couldn't hardly believe it when she told Addison she was just off to get more condoms. Erica doesn't need her pity, and Callie's not good enough for Erica, anyway - at least not in this story.

To quote McDonalds: I'm lovin' it.

I know about Callie. Poor girl always making the wrong decision. I think she's kind of caught in between. She's still in that 'oh my god, I like my best friend as more than a friend' stage but she also doesn't want to deal with it. She wants things to stay the way they are, without this complication. So I'm not sure I would say what Callie was doing was pity so much as typical pathetic Callie uncertainty. She wants to keep that door open with Erica even though she's not sure she even wants to walk through. What she didn't count on was Addison already being inside.

Hey, I'm happy you're enoying what's turning out to be a bit soap operaish, but it's fun to write. So what the heck, right?
