BROGUES ARE RIDICULOUSLY ON TREND RIGHT NOW. Society approves but also I approve on a personal level (brogue lover for years; GOD, FASHION CURVE, WHEN WILL YOU CATCH UP TO MY TASTES). Also I have seen a lot of people go for the brogues&cute socks combo, and it works on some people and not on others; regardless, you should wear what you want to wear and what makes you happy :)

BROGUES ARE THE BEST, I AGREE. And IDK I am generally on board with "whatever makes me happy" except half the time the person in my head I am picturing things on doesn't remotely resemble me and then all the cute outfits I have picked out that look so good on the mental me don't work so well and then I stop loving them. But probably shoes and socks are not the sort of thing that are going to look markedly different on me than on a thin person. IDK I wish I had decent shoe places around here so I could try things.
