ok, i went to the bank at lunch time. my sister put the wrong pin for a lotta times and my atm card that she's using got blocked. it's an atm card that's joint to my account. i tell the lady that the atm card is blocked, showing my own atm card so that she can access my account. she keeps telling me that i can only have 1 atm card under the same
