Dear Chicago Code:
Aside from that whole killing off a character of color thing? I'm really enjoying you. (After SGA, NCIS: LA, The Unit, and Chicago Code, do we have enough television series with a lead COC and a secondary COC in which the secondary COC gets killed off because some writer somewhere thinks that since there's one of that ethnic group in the ensemble, it's all good to kill of the secondary character to call it a trend yet?)
For example, while it's the wrong time of year for it, I liked that you talked about hot summers in Chicago. Well done.
But do you know what would make me really, really happy?
If you don't start a romance between Officer Bidwell and Superintendent Colvin.
In fact, I would be over the moon if you decided to do something really out there. How awesome would it be if he was a gay character? Well, it would be really awesome if you didn't kill him off.
Just remember I practically broke up with BTVS over the death of Tara.
Just sayin',
Me.
