Have I mentioned lately just how much Charter sucks?
I realize that in the grand scheme of things, this is a small problem. But I'm paying these people more than $150 a month for cable and internet, and I don't think asking that my channels come in and my email messages don't disappear is too much to ask.( charter still sucks ) -
