Well it was nice the first day we got here (Vermont) and then it started raining. I am been told that it is going to rain the rest of the week, which really won't matter as I am going to be inside most of the time. Anyways, the camp so far is so cool. What I wouldn't give for some rind - the kind that clears up the humidity, of course, and not a typhoon that brings more with it!

First of all...Tower of Power was a *little* before my time (although I do know of whom you are speaking)....soooo...either you're implying that I'm the only person OLD enough to know of them OR I'm sooooo COOL that I'd be the only person to know of them.

It's a little bit of both, since you are a little older then all of us I figured you might have heard of them. But mainly the fact that you actually listen/have listened to lots of music. Which I can't say for most of the other ppeople we hang out with.

That sounds like such an awesome experience for ya, Layne! Do you feel totally inspired? I imagine so! (pardon the lame question!:)
