Well I went and saw Rod (our chiropractor) about my back and found out that my hip flexers and quads are really tight and straining my back. However he showed my some streches and my back already feels better after only a couple days of streching. However he said that I need to avoid doing things that hyper-extend my lower back. I can not believe that this happening 10 days before my purple belt test. My back is horrible. I don't really know when it started or what caused it but now it hurts like hell most of the time. I just hope that this doesn't sideline me for too long. I think that I will be able to take the test since I have about a week and a half but this sucks ( Read more... )

Well the first asian celebration demo was today and we kicked so much ass. Everything was really high and really fast. Nick landed his kick the moon twist and everything else went very smoothly. I just got back to find an email from the U of O telling me that I have grading assignments for next term!!!!!!This means I will have money, extra stuff to do and possibly the ability to buy a car. Yah me.

I am very pleased with my self. I managed to make a mousse type of desert last night out fo chocolate chips, heavy whipping cream and mint extract. It makes me wish I had time to go to cullinary school and really learn how to cook.

Oh thank god I am done with school for a couple of weeks. I did rather well on all of my finals and now I don't have to go back for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!! oh I am so excited.
