There's a reason I drink black coffee :)

Actually, I've not been able to drink milk for quite some time. I'm still not entirely sure why, except for the fact that it just makes me nauseous.

I guess it's a few to many ick moments...

Milk is just generally evil - unless used as an ingredient. The one strange exception to me is breakfast cerial, which I will tip milk on quite happily.

Milk in coffee still tastes too much like milk, though.

as per subrique i drink black coffee, or herbal stuff because of too many runny stilton in my tea moments. I tried long life milk but that mings.

Yeewh! Running stilton is most definitely an unwanted image. Although I suppose that it could appeal to mavnn in a twisted and yakky way, that is, if you could convince him to the wisdom of hot drinks...

I agree that UHT mings, but black tea is just wrong - you need the milk creaminess to smooth the edges of the tannin in the flavour in my opinion, otherwise it pluckers your mouth, especially at the strength at which I have my tea. Not too much though, which is why you definitely want semi-skimmed rather than full fat

Finally coffee is just too bitter for me, yes I know I am the one VERY strange italian who doesn't drink coffee, but I still think it's too bitter

hurray for milk, at the beginning of my life i liked drinking warm milk, then only hot choclate, cold milk and cold choclate, then the hot one went, then the cold milk went, leaving me with only cold choclate.

And now i've ended up with liking cold choclate, cold milk and hot choclate in the not so milky sense. Well, I was going to say there is some milk left in the fridge, but i guess the offer is pointless now :)

Does this mean that you're back, or were you planning to lend us some from Germany?

whereas if you are saying that you are still in Germany but there is some milk left at your usual abode here in Cov it might be another running stilton moment which I'd rather avoid!
Anyway: last that loitered around your house when you were still living with mavnn I seem to remember you drinking full fat cold milk by the pint, which is more than just liking it!
P.S. If you are still in Alemania and come back after today lunch there's possibility of picking up from airport if needed.
