Calling all Outlook 2003 bods

Ok, here's the problem: I've been using Outlook 2003 instead of a paper planner for my school lessons, which is all nice and cool given that it allows me ot link to my Excel registers and markbooks and to my Powerpoint or Web resources for teaching. HOWEVER, it still requires me to input my timetable in the form of appointments, and said timetable

you can cancel apointments on an individual basis in an out look diary I think cant remember how though.

tried, unfortunately this doesn't solve the problem as it creates a fortnightly pattern with a gap, rather than skipping a week from the pattern, if you see what I mean
