While leaving work on Saturday, one of my bosses asked me when I worked next. I said Monday, and Saturday. She asked when my on-calls were, so I told her my only one was on Monday for an extra hour or two. She looked at me and said: What? Oh, I messed up.... I like that I feel valued at this work
