The worst mistake a person can make is stepping into a situation before they're ready. For anything, you name it; school, love, new hairstyle (yes, even the seemingly trivial haha,look at me), etc..
Remember that you're not the only person with the problem of the ominous "d" word, dun, dun, dun. The fact is that we all get caught up with it, frequently. Especially as women. The key I know in combatting it is found in awareness. As we sit in retrospection and self-analyzation, as I'm sure you do, we have the opportunity to catch dwelling in the act. Talking to friends you trust, friends who love you enough to be honest with you, can also be great mirrors that will show you the same. I also find this to be faster, sometimes, than private contemplation for two reasons
