I'm terribly sorry you were put in this situation. No one deserves that kind of treatment. But I know what it feels like to be hurt as well. Hopefully, in time, your friend will realize that there was miscommunication and confusion. But when wounds are new, fresh, and deep... Rational thought doesn't come by easily.
