-9 is not that cold, we had down to -20 + wind, now THAT's cold :) And my inlaws who doesn't live here by the mild coastline climate had -34C.

We're at around the same temp here. not near as pretty to look at though - no trees.

I am so facinated by landscapes with no trees, I am sure your place is absolutly lovely in it's own way :)

LOL we had about -1 here today and I wore two pairs of socks and I couldn't stop moaning about it!

LoL, it all depends on what you're used to. If the temp rises above 20C, I am the one complaining about beeing to hot :)

Time seems to be flying for you. Before you know it, she'll be a year old! Then before you realise what's happened, she'll be a teenager ;o) By the way, she's so cute in her outfit!

-9C?! I hate extreme cold and extreme heat. Anything above 25C and I start complaining. What's worse is either cold or heat with humidity. Give me (semi)arid climate any time.

Oh, don't send your snow to us. We seem to have got some last night. Mind you, it's only about 1/10 of what you got in one day, but I really wish it wasn't here. It keeps my daughter and I indoors, giving me cabin fever.
