I've made a breadbasket in christmas pattern!  I followed the pattern, and to my surprise, the basket ended up looking like something I would never think I would be able to make :)  It was quite easy actually, I'll have to make a few more and give them away as christmas presents:

That's adorable! And ever so useful... if you were to experiment with different dimensions and fabrics you could make these to be containers for all sorts of things :-)
