Couch to 5K

So I'm started the Couch to 5K (C25K) running program yesterday. It was actually much better than I expected. I didn't puke or die and got through the workout without stopping. I did it with some free podcasts that paces you through the intervals. Now I can put my LA Fitness gym membership to work. Tomorrow is day 2 and I'm optimistic that it ( Read more... )

I found another free podcast that takes you up to 10K in itunes "PODRUNNER: INTERVALS -- Workout music for tempo-based exercise" by Steve Boyett presents DJ Beatsmith

I started this earlier this summer and loved it. I always WANTED to like jogging. I needed a little bit of knee surgery, so I am on pause until spring. Those podcasts are totally fabulous. Have fun!
