It's hard, no? When people say you're great when you know the truth... or rather, think you know the truth. The truth is we are good, can be good and overall have good intentions, but gods help those who do not know what we're capable of!

Yeah... and sometimes it's hard to own it. Sometimes it's hard not to be unapologetic, though.

I definitely understand. I was with a man who was bipolar for 5 1/2 years. The huge difference is that he would not get help at all. I finally could not take it anymore.
