Embarrasing incident

I was at my Pilates class this morning, we had reached the bit at the end where we all lie down on our mats, totally relaxed, lights dimmed, soft soothing music playing, the instructor from time to time reminding us to clear our minds and let go of all tension. Then I felt a sneeze coming on.  Thinking that it would spoil the mood, I tried to stop
