Cloth Napkins In Public Restaurants

Hmm... "public restaurants" - that's a bit redundant, isn't it? Nonetheless, I just can't do it. I can't use cloth napkins at restaurants. I have trust issues. How many uses before they're tossed out? I'm sure that they're washed between usings, but my little paranoid brain plagues me with disgusting images of microscopic bacterium crawling around
