Coffee can be so rough on your stomach, though. Now that I've been caffeine-free for a year, I find I can barely take coffee anymore, not to mention it winds me up like a child on sugar. If I need a hit I drink white tea...great with honey or agave syrup, have you tried either? I find I need much less agave than I would sugar.

I can drink most teas just fine without sugar. I love tea. I probably drink 2-3 cups daily. White tea has barely any caffeine in it most of the time, the most delicious white tea I've ever had was strawberry misaki from Teavana and it was VERY expensive. It was one of those blooming teas where the flower blooms in your cup.

No judgment, I have sooo many Hello Kitty glasses. XD

I was addicted so badly to caffeine, it sucked, and I frittered a lot of money away on pop. Now I just drink naturally flavoured seltzer which has no sugar in it and gives me fizzy goodness, lol.

Try lemon water! Just lemon juice in your water. I do it and it helps with the getting your daily intake in...I hate the taste of plain water, and lemon is a neutral additive, hehe.

I can deal with plain water, its just.. after a week or more of drinking how much I'm supposed to drink, it'll be 11pm and I'll feel dehydrated... its like HOW!!?? and WHY!!??

Lemon will just make me want lemonade, the really radioactive kind with like a whole stick of sugar cane just sitting in it.. lol
