I agree with you on abortion except in the case of rape or incest. Being a woman, I can understand not wanting a nine month reminder of that painful event. That child will never know it missed on the opportunity of life. And yes I am very much against those horrible people who use it as a form of birth control.

Capital punishment, not sure. I was all for it, but after reading so many cases of wrongful conviction, I'm not sure. Then there are cases where the person should die, their crime was horrible and there is no shadow of a doubt they are guilty. This I debate in my own mind quite frequently.

Mentally incapacitated? Depends on their degree of mental incapacitation. This would be on a case by case basis. There are some who really do not know what they have done, while others do have the capacity between right and wrong, but use the insanity defense.

Sadly there are no black and white answers or solutions to these problems, for our world is colored by the grey.

Abortion: Pro-choice totally. Yes, I've had to confront the choice...three times actually. I have one child. It is a complicated issue as to whys and hows and philosophical discussions on morality. More than I could get into here. Making it illegal won't make it go away, they've always had something like it, just way back when it was called infanticide ( ... )
