So um...what is Jack going to do when he finds out Ianto's grandad is the Master? I can't remember are we past the Year that Never Was? Did that happen? Either way, I'm intrigued by this relationship with Ianto..they do seem to have an uneasy truce...they obviously love each other they way grandparents and kids do, but they also have such huge obstacles in their way. This should be a very fun ride. Can't wait for more!

This is set post Exit Wounds, so yes The Year that Never Was has happened. Jack found out about Ianto's grandfather at the end of Lynchpin ... they are yet to have the BIG talk (stay tuned things will happen in this story)... it's not something that can be glossed over :)

Ianto is definitely going to be put in a difficult position regarding the 2 most important people in his life... *buttons lip b4 she says too much more*
